I found some white shrimp juveniles, Penaeus vannamei, with a whitish decoloration of the gill filaments. The animals were disoriented and seem to have respiratory stress. I fixed some for histopathological studies. On the microscope only could see this hypha-like structure, so I think could be a fungus. Can somebody give me an appreciation?
