Hi @Wajeeha Ali . Volley with monitoring feeding trays. 3 times per day, correcting each meal, every day.

I don´t need to know the biomass to feed shrimp. It helps but not necessarly. I only need to know the total pond area and set the right amount of feed in each feeding monitoring tray to estimate the population. The survival is not important. The FCR is not important. The only thing important in shrimp farming is growth, and growth is related to feeding regime which can be corrected in each meal basis. Shrimps must grow every day.

Very supportive this feeding approach in high intensive pond.

yeah but one can only gain it by experience, is there any estimations or calculations involve in it? for me an unexperienced person in shrimp farming.  

Survival rate in a growout pond can be estimated by manual sampling and feed consumption. Manual sampling using castnets area and animals/m2 will guide you on the shrimp biomass. Usually farmers doens´t know to feed their ponds, so try to make a good biomass sampling with 5-6g shrimp to provide accurate biomass for the farmers use their feed table or calculate their daily feed per pond.
