Hi Professor Arnaldo,
Nice topic selection.
Frozen-thawed adult Artemia biomass and Krill biomass are the two most preferred food of cultured Penaeus vannamei compared with bloodworm, oyster, sandworm, anchovy, squid, conch, and artificial formulated pellets.

As Ogle and Beaugez (1991) reported that the shrimp would even consume up to 30% of their body weight per day if fed a combination of Artemia and Krill as they wrote and I quote:
“The shrimp would consume 30 percent of their body weight per day for the entire five-day trial period if fed two greatly preferred foods"
I will definitely watch this interesting science-based seminar on the YouTube channel of the SVA to learn more about the performance of shrimp fed with Krill as an ingredient in shrimp feeds.
Thank you for sharing Professor Arnaldo.
Kind regards,
Nelson
