Rather it is far more complex in the postlarval stages from PL1 to PL16 because each of the six molts during this period is marked by a set of gradual simultaneous structural changes or anatomical development in their mouth parts, prehensile appendages, walking legs, gills, and tail structures …. They need time for these anatomical developments to happen in between molting.

So they molt only six times from PL1` to PL16 ... not every day.

And the postlarvae will only fully resemble the adult in anatomical development when they reach PL 21 including the mouth parts, prehensile appendages, walking legs, gills, and tail structures, molting like the way adult prawns do ... i.e. simply shedding old shells in ecdysis because the finishing or final anatomical developments of their mouth parts, prehensile appendages, walking legs, gills, and tail structures are already done.
