And how did I learn to make artificial seawater and marine RAS design and how did I learn to create realistic synthetic coral reef diorama when the internet wasn’t available in the Philippines yet?

By reading Stephen Spotte’s Captive Seawater Fishes - Science and Technology and leaning on it as my first inspirational foundation followed by reading hard copies of scientific journals because there wasn’t any internet yet in the Philippines during those times.

One has to travel to visit university libraries and browse through index cards, letter by letter, title by title until I am able to configure my own design without forgetting to look back and acknowledge where it all began and where I came from.

Where this made it a lot easier for me to handle and deal with the hardy or less sensitive farmed aquatic food species (like tilapia, milkfish, grouper, lobster, tiger prawns, and vannamei shrimp) when I stepped into the private business sector of the Philippine aquaculture industry.
